Process Improvement Notes System (PINS)
Our system allows users (or auditors) to open a process improvement note (PIN) for a specific person, group or supplier. Attachments, such as pictures, diagrams or video, can be added to the PIN to help illustrate any problem or issue. The system emails the recipient with a link to the PIN and will automatically escalate the PIN (via email and a 'traffic light system') if the response is not adequate (i.e. does not meet the criteria that has been agreed). ANY changes to the PIN are time-stamped and logged in its history along with the user responsible for the change. Any number of PIN types can be created (e.g. Health & Safety, Business Excellence, Quality, Delivery, Production, I.T, Supplier, etc, etc...) each having their own characteristics. As well as improving internal processes and communication, the system allows the same criteria to be applied to your suppliers, ensuring they meet agreed levels of support and quality with a standard escalation procedure, all within one easy to use web-based system.
