Q: Will Red Ledge products fit my business requirements?

A: Our products are used in very diverse industries. We are involved in not only application development but process control, engineering, installation, consultancy and integration. We are confident that we offer our clients the best solution. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Q: Do your products include financial software (ledgers / payroll etc)?

A: We can provide a full financial package if you require. We can also interface to the financial package of your choice.

Q: Are the products developed ‘in-house” at Red Ledge or is Red Ledge a reseller of the products.

A: All our software products are fully developed by Red Ledge “in-house”. This means that you have direct access to the development team who understand our products better than anyone. You don’t just get to a help desk!

Q: We have an existing system which we would like to keep. Can Red Ledge interface to it?

A: Yes. We have yet to come across a system that we can't interface to, if we can't do it then no one can! We have extensive experience of communicating with BPCS, JDEdwards, NHBA, SAGE and SAP as well as a host of other systems (including process control systems).

Q: How easy is it to save reports and data to other formats e.g. Excel, PDF, HTML, XML?

A: Very easy. Our products are designed on a completely “open” platform allowing extremely easy extraction and importing of data with no technical experience required.

Q: Can you provide the hardware as well, such as Servers, PDAs, Barcode and RFID Scanners, Printers etc.

A: Yes we do, though we are completely independent of any supplier and pride ourselves on being able to recommend the best piece of equipment for the job.
